Sound Guyz Event Solutions is looking for freelance lighting, audio, and video technicians to join our event crew. If you have skills in one or more of these areas, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Set up, run, and take down event equipment.
- Work with lighting systems, sound systems, or video equipment based on your skills.
- Help test equipment and solve problems.
- Keep cables and work areas safe and neat.
- Follow the event plan and directions from the crew lead.
- Treat clients, guests, and team members with respect.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with live events.
- Skills in lighting, audio, or video. You do not need experience in all three.
- The ability to work safely and stay calm when plans change.
- Good teamwork and clear communication.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Availability for some evenings, weekends, and long event days.
- The ability to safely move equipment, with help when needed.
Pay and Scheduling
Pay is based on your skills, experience, and the needs of each job. Rates and hours will be agreed on before you accept a booking. Work is offered as events are scheduled.
